‘Time to bring people back to work,’ comedian Bill Maher's show will continue on HBO amid Hollywood strikes

Charge Maher to proceed with his show on HBO without authors as Hollywood strike proceeds.

Charge Maher, the comic and political analyst, declared he will proceed with his show, 'Continuous with Bill Maher,' on HBO in spite of the continuous strikes in Hollywood.


Maher wrote in a post on X, the virtual entertainment stage that supplanted Twitter, that he will continue his show without his essayists or composing.

"It has been five months, and the time has come to take individuals back to work. The journalists have significant issues that I feel for, and trust they are addressed agreeable to them, yet they are by all accounts not the only individuals with issues, issues, and concerns," he composed.

The comic said he trusted the strikes would end by Work Day however noted there "actually is by all accounts nothing occurring."

Maher said he will tell the crowd forthright the show without his authors won't be "as great" as the ordinary show.

"In any case, the core of the show is a spur of the moment board conversation that expects to slice through the bull**** and unsurprising partisanship, and that will proceed. The show won't frustrate," he proceeded.

The strike by individuals from the 11,000-part Journalists Society of America (WGA) began in May after bombed agreement dealings with the studio heads of the Coalition of Film and TV Makers.

The strike is the longest strike in WGA history and has stopped television and film creations in Hollywood for over 100 days.
